Let me tell you something, I used to be one of those kids/teens that wanted to dress up for almost anything.  I wanted those weird fluffy kitten heeled sleepers Elle wears in Legally Blonde.  I also believed that once i turned 18 I could wear heels everyday and it wouldn’t look odd.

Now, it’s not that I don’t care and don’t like dressing up, it’s just that I like my feet, back and legs, and let’s be honest it’s not always fun or comfortable wearing those art deco heels everyone else is wearing.  I love them for an event were sitting on your arse and having people admire them, is the main event, but walking or standing in them for more than 30 minutes, I’m out.  And miserable.  but don’t get me wrong, I just much rather prefer comfort AND style.  We’re not throwing everything out the window for comfort!

After a week of silence I thought I would introduce to you my new baby.  Obviously not the real kind, it’s a work baby.  We are currently just selling items on Facebook, but will be moving into markets around Cape Town very soon.

Sometimes I just don’t feel like thinking about putting an outfit together, and those are the days I wear leggings as pants.  Yes, you read that, leggings as pants.  Though I must admit, my one redeeming factor is that the bum is always covered.  This was one of those days.  Also, featuring another one of the coats we are selling.  How cool is it? And so similar to one I covered far too much, at Zara.  It’s ahmazing!

This past week has been consumed by birthday prep for my sister, and YOURS stuff, like, YAY, a photoshoot!  So things will be uploaded soon!

Pastel dream

This right here is my new baby! Everyone say hi, be kind and love it as if it were yours.  I said a little while ago that I would very much like to rob Jess of her Zara coat (somewhat with the same colour as this), but I know there would be tears and I’m sure she would put up a good fight to keep it.  So all in all, not worth it.

Also, you may have noticed I got my hands on a pair of these Topshop slip-ons I was raving about a week ago.  I haven’t taken them off since I bought them.  I’m wearing them right now in fact.

EXCITING NEWS: Le Boyfriend & I have started a small business, selling new and vintage international clothing brands.  I’m pretty much in love with everything and would like to keep it but he won’t let me.  So this is where it is exciting for you!  We have some amazing coats and jackets as well as some nice shirts for guys and ladies.  We are selling them here & will be at markets in Cape Town soon.  SHOP AWAY!
